To raise an ICT Help Desk Ticket please follow the steps:
a: Parents: Register with the email address registered with the BISAK school.
b: Preparatory Pupils - Pupils or parents can register with your respective personal email address.
c: Senior Pupils - Register with your BISAK email address.
3: Activate your account from the email verification sent your address.
4: Log in to Helpdesk and click on 'New Ticket'.
